In the mid 1990’s, Tick Tock Tom the mini comic jumped into the real world of comic books.  Dropping the k’s,  the book was titled Tic Toc Tom.  The full size comic book only lasted 3 issues, a 4th issue was all set and ready to go.  It never made to the printer’s due to the comic book crash of the 90’s.
